Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of salted caramel morsels
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda in separate bowl.
- Add flour mixture 1/4 cup at a time and beat until combined.
- Stir the chocolate and caramel chips in with a spatula.
- Scoop cookies with ice cream scoop or large spoon and drop onto sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake 13-15 min.
