Ingedients:
1 cup of cornstarch
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Using a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg yolks to the dough and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the dough and mix until combined.
- Refrigerate dough for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out and cut dough into circles.
- Line on baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Once cooled spread dulce de leche in the middle of two.
- NOM, NOM!
