Reese's Peanut Butter Temptations
Ingredients:
- About 40 REESE'S Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Remove wrappers from candies and place in separate bowl.
- Line mini muffin tin with mini paper bake cups.
- Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla and beat until mixed.
- In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, salt).
- Add dry ingredients 1/4 cup at a time and beat until mixed.
- Add 1/4 cup of sugar to small bowl.
- Form the dough into 1 inch balls, roll into sugar, and place into muffin cup.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Immediately press peanut butter cup in the center of each cookie.
